From designer outfits to dancing grandmas and everything in between, the 2021 WNBA draft was full of memorable moments. The WNBA’s coveted orange carpet was virtual this year, but the top prospects were still dressed to impress. Charli Collier’s draft day outfit was designed by Sergio Hudson, the stylist for former first lady Michelle Obama.
The Dallas Wings started the draft by selecting Collier No. 1 overall. Although Collier did not stay on the board for long, she received support from fellow Texas Longhorn Kevin Durant before the draft even started.
